   I hope this email finds you well. I am writing from Hattiloo theatre in Memphis TN, to inquire about the availability of your space. We have three shows we are touring in the 2020-2021 season, and we would like to bring them to Tupelo. We are particularly interested in a Friday – Sunday rental in the months of October, December and March. Our show times are Fridays @ 7:30p, Saturday at 2p and 7:30p, and Sunday 3p. Below are some dates we hope you can accommodate, but for each show we are only looking to rent the space for one weekend. Two of the shows have no set, and the third show is a box set for an apartment.

   Show # 1 – October 2020 – either the 9-11; 16-18; 23-25; or 30 – Nov 1
   Show # 2 – November 27-29 or any weekend in December prior to X-mas weekend
   Show # 3 – Any weekend from February 19 through March 14.
