Auditions for The Boys Next Door

NOTE-ONE ADDITIONAL NIGHT OF AUDITIONS ADDED\n\nTCT Off Broadway will hold auditions for The Boys Next Door by Tom Griffin on February 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the rehearsal hall of the Lyric Theatre. Production dates are April 7 and 8. Set in the Boston area, sale seek the play deals with four men with various mental disabilities who live in a group home. It takes place over roughly a two-month period and consists of brief vignettes about their lives. The adult cast is made up of 7 men and 2 women, ask ages 18 and older. Tupelo Community Theatre announces MARY POPPINS auditions: February 1 & 2, shop try 6pm, ampoule stuff onstage at the Lyric both nights. TCT Off Broadway will hold auditions for Dinner with Friends by Donald Margulies on Sunday, October 11th at 5 p.m. at 213 East Franklin. Winner of the 2000 Pulitzer Prize. “…Margulies writes about relationships with such intelligence and spiky humor that his comedy-drama…becomes something quite wonderful. ” —Time Magazine The play deals with two married couples who have been best of friends for years. A Christmas Carol Auditions

Tupelo Community Theatre will hold auditions for the holiday classic A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens on October 11 at 2 p.m. and October 12 at 6 p.m. at TCT Off Broadway at 213 East Franklin Street.  The play has a large cast of both adult and children’s roles and children should be at least 8 years of age to audition.   Derek Russell will direct and no advance preparation is needed.  The story tells of Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey from an embittered, sildenafil cialis ungenerous creature into a giving, check  caring human being at the hands of three spirits, who, one Christmas Eve, show him what life means.  The show is part of the TCT season with production dates December 10-12.  For more information contact derek.russell@journalinc.com or call 844-1935.
