The Production Committee members are your principal source of advice and information. They are also your
contact with the TCT Board. It is their responsibility to ensure that each production follows the policies
and procedures laid down by the Board and that each production meets TCT's standards of quality and taste.
Their advice and directions should be taken as coming directly from the Board. You should have a meeting
of your production staff with the Chairman of the Production Committee during the first week of rehearsals
to be sure that all bases have been covered.

The Business Manager handles the business affairs of the Theatre. Any questions concerning tickets, money,
or playbooks should be directed to her. She can be reached at the Theatre office (844-1935) from 9:00 A.M.
till Noon any weekday. The Business Manager will come to rehearsals to sell tickets to the cast before
they go on sale to the public; you should coordinate this with her directly.

The Building Committee Chairman is responsible for the Lyric building, all TCT tools and equipment and all
set materials. If you have any questions or concerns about the building or its use, direct them to him.
The Building Committee Chairman must give permission for any alterations to the stage or stage equipment.

If you have something special you want to do with your program, let the Publicity Chairman know well in advance.
Otherwise, she will take care of design and printing. You will be reminded well in advance of deadlines for
getting material to the printers.

The Hospitality Chairman will coordinate the closing night cast party, for which TCT picks up part of the
refreshments tab. Please try to get a volunteer from the company to agree to let us use their home for the
party. It would also be nice if you could get someone to help with the cast party arrangements. It is the
Theatre's firm policy that under no circumstance will alcoholic beverages be allowed at a cast party
that includes children or teenagers.

The President of the Board is the Executive officer of Tupelo Community Theatre and is fully empowered to
act on behalf of the Theatre. Her decision on any matter concerning the Theatre or its productions is final,
subject only to review by the full Board. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, feel free to
call on the Production Committee Chairman for help. If you need more assistance, call the President of the Board.
